A bill entitled "An Act to authorize the Mayor and
Council of Kensington, Montgomery county, Maryland, to
issue bonds for tlio purpose of providing a proper water
supply for said town."

Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Bouic, Rohrback and Peter.
Also,

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 32, of Article
81, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Revenue
and Taxes,' sub-title ‘Collectors and Collections,' so far as
the same relates to Montgomery county, and to add a new
section, to be known as ‘Section 226, to Article 16, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Montgomery County,'
sub-title "Taxes”
Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Bouie, Rohrback and Peter.
By Mr. Williams, of Anne Arundel,
A bill entitled "An Act to appropriate a sum of money
to pay the claim of William B. Gardiner."
Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Finance.

A bill entitled "An Act to authorize and direct the
School Commissioners of Anne Arundel county to appro-
priate a sufficient sum of money for the purchase of a
site and erection of a school house in the 4th Election
District of Anne Arunde] county."

Which was read the first time and referred to Senators
Williams, of Anne Arundel, Peter and Bouic.

Also,

A bill entitled "An Act to amend section 2, of chapter
123, of the Laws of Maryland, 1865, ‘An Act to incorpo-
rate the Annapolis Water Company."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.
