Also, House bill No. 7 entitled "An Act to provide for the crea- tion of a Board of Police Examiners for Baltimore city, to define and prescribe the duties thereof and to regulate ap- pointments to, promotions, reductions in rank, and trans- fers in and removals from the police force of said city, aild to repeal all Acts and parts of Acts inconsistent with this Act, said provisions to be a part of Article 4, Public Local Laws, sub-title ‘Police Commissioners,' and to be numbered sections 745 A, 745 B, 745 C, 745 C, 745 D, 745 E and 745 F." Endorsed: "Considered on third reading, and on motion, House resolved itself in Committee of the Whole and adopted amendments, and passed the bill by yeas' and nays, as amended."
