M. having arrived, The Senate considered the Order of the Day, being Senate bill No. 25, entitled "An Act to protect the citi- zens of the State of Maryland from unjust discrimination by electric road companies and other public conveyances operating partly in this Statc and partly in the District of Columbia." On motion of Mr. Bouic, Said bill was recommitted to the Committee on Judi cial Proceedings. BILLS—THIRD READING.
