tional section to Article 75, of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, entitled ‘Pleading, Practice and Process,' to
be known as ‘Section 15 A' of said Article."
Endorsed : "Reported unfavorably by the Committee
on Judiciary, and report adopted.

The hour of 1 P. M. having arrived,
The Senate considered the Order of the Day, being
Senate bill No. 25, entitled "An Act to protect the citi-
zens of the State of Maryland from unjust discrimination
by electric road companies and other public conveyances
operating partly in this Statc and partly in the District
of Columbia."
On motion of Mr. Bouic,
Said bill was recommitted to the Committee on Judi
cial Proceedings.

BILLS—THIRD READING.
Senate bill No. 24, entitled "An Act to repeal section
61, of Article 77, of the Code of Public General Laws of
the State of Maryland, title ‘Public Education,' as re-
enacted by chapter 135, of the Acts of Assembly of the
State of Maryland, at the session of 1896, and to re-enact
said section so as to read as follows."
Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays,
as follows
