FURTHER AMENDMENT PROPOSED. By Mr. Moses, Add to section 1, after the word "Consolidating” the following: "provided that nothing herein contained shall be construed to exempt the property of the company or any part thereof from taxation." Which proposed amendment was adopted, And the said bill was read the second time and order- ed to be engrossed for a third reading. Mr. Moore from Committee on Corporations, reported favorably, Senate bill No. 72, entitled "An Act to enlarge and confirm the powers and authority of Mt. St. Joseph's CQllege, of Baltimore county, incorporated under the general provisions of the 26th Article of the Code by the Circuit Court for Baltimore county under the corporate name of St. Joseph's College, of Baltimore county, and which is on record in the clerk's office of said Court, of date October 6, 1876, and recorded in Liber J. B., No. 1, |
