Gentlemen of the Senate: We propose, with the concurrence of your Honorable Body, that when the General Assembly adjourns to-day, it stands adjourned until Tuesday next the 9th inst., at 8 o'clock, P. Gentlemen of the House of Delegates: We hate received your message proposing that when the General Assembly adjourns to-day, it stands ad- journed until Tuesday next 9th instant, at 8 o'clock, P. M., and concur therein. By order, ALFRED RITTER, Secretary. Which was read, assented to, and sent to the House of Delegates. Mr. Crothers, from the Special Committee appointed to notify the Governor of the organization of the Gen- eral Assembly, reported that they had performed their duty, and, that the Governor would communicate with the General Assembly by message. Secretary of State Loweree appeared and delivered a message from the Executive EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT. ANNAPOLIS, Mo., January 3rd, 1900.
