Amend by adding at the end of section 1, the follow-
ing:
"Provided that nothing herein contained shall be held
to apply to the city of Baltimore."

ported unfavorably,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal the annual State
donation of eight hundred dollars, to the Frederick
County School, now known as ‘Frederick College,' and to
appropriate the said sum of eight hundred dollars, to the
support and maintenance of the Public High Schoo]s of
Frederick county."

ported favorably,
Senate bill No. 83, entitled "An Act to extend the priv-
ileges, enlarge the powers and amend the charter of the
Woodsboro Savings Bank of Frederick county, Mary-
land."
Which was read the second time, and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.
Mr. Moses, from Committee on Federal Relations, re-
ported favorably with proposed amendment,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to add three additional sec-
tions to Article 96, of the Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland, entitled ‘United States,' to follow section
18, and to be known as ‘Sections 19, 20 and 21."
