Senate bill No. 36, entitled "An Act to permit the
United Railways and Electric Company of Baltimore to
increase its Board of Directors from the present number,
to-wit: nine (9) unto eleven (11), and to provide that of
such number two (2) may be citizens and residents of
States other than the State of Maryland."

by yeas and nays."
