Article 7, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title ‘Carroll County,' sub-title ‘Westminster,' and re-
enact the same with amendments."
Which was read the second time.
Mr. Applegarth, from Select Committee, reported fav-
orably with proposed amendment,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 65, of
Article 2, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Dor-
chester County,' sub-title ‘Cambridge,' and to re-enact
the same with amendments, and to add to said section a
sub-section, to be designated ‘Sub-section A to section
65.'
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

After the words "exempt from," strike out the word
"State."
Which proposed amendment was adopted, and the bill
read the second time, and ordered engrossed for a third
reading.

the laws passed at the January Session of 1898, title
‘Talbot County,' sub-title ‘Fish.'"
