Senate bill bill No. 9, entitled "An Act to repeal chap-
ter 407, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land of 1898, entitled ‘An Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 38, of the Code of Public General Laws,
entitled Fines and Forfeitures,' to follow section 3, to
be known as ‘Section 4.'"

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays,
as follows:
