A bill entitled "An Act to authorize the Mayor, Coun-
sellor and Aldermen of the city of Annapolis to issue
bonds to the amount of one hundred and twenty-one
thousand dollars, to pay off the present floating indebt-
edness of the city of Annapolis, and provide a fund for
the permanent improvement of said city."
