Gentlemen of the Seatp: We have received your message proposing the adjourn- ment sine die of the General Assembly at 12 o'clock mid- night, and concur therein. By order, B. L. SMITH, Chief Clerk. Which was read. Also, the following message: Bt TEE HOUSE or DELEGATES, April 2d 1900. Gentlemen of the Senate: We have received your message proposing the appointe ment of a Joint Committee of five, three on the part of the House, and two on the part of the Senate, to wait upon his Excellency, the Governor, and Inform him that the Legislature will adjourn at mid-night, and concur therein. We have named on the part of the House, Messrs. Lehmayer, King and Walbach. By order, B. L. SMITH, Chief Clerk. Which was read. |
