Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 42 of
Article 33, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
Elections,' sub-title ‘Nominations,' as amended hy chap-
ter 202 of trhe Acts of 1896, and to re-enact the same with
amendments."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."
Also returned,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to amend Article 32, of
the Code of Public General Laws, entitled ‘Elections,' as
re-enacted by chapter 212, of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1898, by adding thereto twelve
additional sections, under the sub-title ‘Corrupt Prac-
tices,' to follow section 151, as now enacted."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and failed of passage
