Mr. Williams, of Harford, moved that the Senate non- concur in said proposed amendment. Mr. Beasman moved as a substitute for said motion, that the Senate concur in said proposed amendment. Pending further consideration of which, On motion of Mr. Crothers, Said bill was made the Special Order of the Day for Monday, April 2nd, at 10 P. M. Also returned, Senate bill entitled "An Act to preserve the streets and protect the property rights of citizens of incorporat- ed towns in Montgomery county." Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays." Also returned, Senate bill No. 251, entitled "An Act to incorporate the Monigomery Title, Insurance and Trust Company." Also returned, Senate bill No. 152, entitled "An Act to add three ad- ditional sections to Article 27, of the Code of Public Gen- eral Laws, title ‘Fraud,' sub-title ‘Fruit and Vegetable Packing,' to follow section 104, and to be designated as ‘Sections 104 A, 104 B and 104 C.'"
