peal and re-enact with additions and amendments, sec-
tions 39, 40, 41, 45, 49, 53, 56, 58 and 59, of Article 43, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title ‘Health,' sub-title
‘Practitioners of Medicine,' and to repeal all laws or parts
of laws in conflict or inconsistent with this Act, and to
add additional sections thereto, to be designated as ‘Sec-
tions 39, 40, 41, 45, 49, 53, 56, 58 and 59.'"
Endorsed: "Amended, read the third time and passed
by yeas and nays."

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
After the word "State” in section 49, line 7, insert "or
to opticians in the sale of glasses or spectacles."
Mr. Williams, of Harford, moved that the Senate non-
concur in said proposed amendment.
Mr. Beasman moved as a substitute for said motion,
that the Senate concur in said proposed amendment.

Said bill was made the Special Order of the Day for
Monday, April 2nd, at 10 P. M.

and protect the property rights of citizens of incorporat-

ditional sections to Article 27, of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, title ‘Fraud,' sub-title ‘Fruit and Vegetable
Packing,' to follow section 104, and to be designated as
‘Sections 104 A, 104 B and 104 C.'"
