On motion of Mr. Baker,
The Senate receded from the following amendment:
Strike out all after the word "to” in line 8, on page 2,
and insert in lieu thereof the following, "and actually
paid in."
Strike out. all of section 5.
Make section 6 section 5.
Make section 7 section 6.
Make section 8 section 7.
And said bill was read the third time and passed by yeas
