Also, Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 164, of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title ‘City of Baltimore,' the subject of said section rela- ting to the imposition of State taxes by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, and to provide for the impo- sition and collection of said taxes by said Mayor and City Council of Baltimore."
