Mr. Rohrback submitted the following message:
BY THE SENATE,

April 2, 1900.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates
We respectfully request the return to the Senate by
your Honorable Body, of House bill (printed), No 349,
entitled "An Act to incorporate the Western Maryland
Trust Company," returned to the House of Delegates, on
the date, March 3 1st.

Secretary.
Which was read, assented to, and sent to the House of
Delegates.

House bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Dela-
ware and Susquehanna Electric Light and Railway Com-
pany of Cecil county, and to declare its rights, powers
and privileges."
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows

House bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to
Article 75 of the Code of Public General Laws, title
‘Pleading and Practice and Process at Law,' sub-title
‘Ejeetmént,' to come in after section 69, and to be known
as ‘Section 69 A.'"
