REPORTS OF STANDING COMMITTEES.
Mr. Brewington, from Committee on Education re-
ported unfavorably,

House bill entitled "An Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 9, of time Code of Public Local Laws, title
‘Charles County,' under the new sub-title ‘Duties of the
Couhty School Commissioners, to follow section 168, and
to be designated as ‘Section 168 A.'"

Mr. Gray moved that the bill be substituted for time
unfavorable report.
