A., Kirwan, —23. NEGATIVE—None. And said bill was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Gray, Applegarth, Marsh, Baker, Messick, Beasman, Moses, Betts, Peter, Bryan, Ravenscroft, Dennis, Williams, of Har., Dodson, Williams, of A. A., —16. NEGATIVE—Mr Bouic—l. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. Mr. Bouic, from Committee on Judicial Proceedings, reported without recommendatioii, House bill entitled "An Act to give all wages due and owing any employee for services rendered to any railway company operating in the State of Maryland, priority to all other claims." Which was read the second time. Also, without recommendation, House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 18, of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title ‘Governor,' and to re-enact the same with amendments." Which was'read the second time. |
