President, Gray, Applegarth, Marsh, Baker, Messick, Beasman, Moses, Betts, Ravenscroft, Bouic, Rohrback, Brewington, Williams, of Har., Dennis, Williams, of A. A., Dodson, —17. NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. Senate bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Ocean City Steel Pier Railway and Amusement Company." Was read the third time, and passed, by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Marsh, Applegarth, Messick, Baker,- Moses, Betts, Rave uscroft, Crothers. Rohrhack, Dodson, Williams, of Har., Gray, Williams, of A. A., —14. NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. House bill entitled "An Act to authorize and empower the Burgess and Commissioners of Boonsboro', Washing- ton county, State of Maryland, to borrow money on the credit of said town for the purpose of constructing or purchasing and operating water works in or near said town and to issue bonds for the payment of the cost of -the same, and to levy a tax on the assessable property of said town to redeem said bonds and to pay the interest thereon," Was read the third time. and passed by yeas and nays as follows: |
