House bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to
Article 25 of t-he Code of Public General Laws, title
‘County Commissioners,' sub-title ‘Draining Lands,' in so
far as the same applies to Dorchester county, to follow
after section 49, and to he numbered 49 A.'"

and in the place of the repealed sections to substitute-
certain other sections,"
