Also favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to refund to William Wood Cook certain moneys paid by him to the Comptroller through Charles Lake, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Dorchester county, in the year 1890, for oyster packer's license." Which was read the second time. Also, unfavorably, Senate bill No. 160, entitled "An Act to repeal and re- enact with amendments sections 113, 114, 115 and 116 of Article 81 of the Code of Public General Laws, title ‘Revenue and Taxes,' sub-title ‘Collateral Inheritance Tax.'" Whicli report was adopted. Also unfavorably, House bill entitled "An Act to pay David N. Henning for services rendered to the State of Maryland in prose. cuting the case of the State of Maryland vs. Daniel H. Lynn, in the Circuit Court for Carroll county and in the Court of Appeals of Maryland." Which report was adopted. Also unfavorably, Senate bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to Article 98 of the Code of Public General Laws, title ‘Wharves and State Wharfingers,' to follow section 4,. and to be designated as ‘Section 4 A.'"
