and provided, further, that before using any of the lanes,
alleys and streets of any incorporated town, municipality,
the assent of te authorities of said town or municipality,
must be first had and obtained."
FURTHER AMENDMENT PROPOSED

In the 4th sectku, on lines 29, 30 and 31, amend by
striking out the words following:
"As may be determined upon by agreement between
the Columbia Telephone and Telegraph Company and the
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore," and insert in lieu
thereof the following: "As may be prescribed by the
Mayor and City Council of Baltimor city."
The Senate concurred severally in the proposed amend-
ments, and
