NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. Mr. Williams, of Harford, moved that the Rules be suspended and Senate bill entitled "An Act to pay to John W. Mar- shall of Baltimore, assignee of Safe Deposit and Trust Company of Baltimore, a sum of money erroneously paid for account of State of Maryland." Put upon its third reading and final passage. The Rules were suspendcd. (two-thirds of the Senators voting in the affirmative) by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs.
