1226 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 30

House bill entitled "An Act to declare the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly to the bequest to
the Manor Cemetery of Washington county, contained
in the last will and testament of W. James, late of Wash-
ington county, Maryland."
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows
AFFIRMATIVE.
Messrs. President, Kirwan,
Applegarth, Marsh,
Betts, Messick,
Brewington, Peter,
Bryan, Putzel,
Crothers, Rohrback,
Dodson, Wilkinson,
Gray, Williams, of Har.,

NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.
Mr. Williams, of Harford, moved that the Rules be
suspended, and
That Senate bill entitled "An Act to refund to Henry
Tydings, a sum of money erroneously paid to the State
Treasury."
Be put upon its third reading and final passage.
The Rules were suspended (two-thirds of the Senators
voting in tire affirmative), by yeas and nays as follows
