Said bill was made the Special Order of the Day for
Friday, March 30th, at 8.30 P. M.
Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments chapter 278 of the Acts of 1896, enti-
tled ‘An Act to confirm and amend the charter of the
Cherry Hill, Elkton and Chesapeake City Electric Rail-
way Company of Cecil county."
Mr. Crothers moved that the Rules be suspended and.
said bill put upon its second reading.
The Rules were suspended (two-thirds of the Senators-
voting in the affirmative), by yeas and nays as follows:

bequest in the last will and testament of Or. John Gunby,
late of Worcester county, by the trustees or committee
of the McKennie Memorial Church of Worcester county,
to the trustees or committee of the Gunby Presbyterian.
