March 30th, 1900.

Gentlemen of the Senate:
We respectfully request the return of Senate bill No.
132 (printed), introduced by Senator Williams, of Har.,
ford.

Mr. Williams, of Harford, submitted the following
message:
BY THE SENATE,
March 30th, 1900.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates.
We herewith return Senate bill printed No. 132, in
accordance with the request contained in your message
of this date.

Which was read, assented to, and sent to the House of
Delegates.

The President distributed the following message from
the House of Delegates.
House bill entitled "An Act making appropriations for
the support of the State Government for the fiscal year
ending on the 30th day of September, 1901."
On motion of Mr. Crothers,
Reference of said bill was dispensed with, and
Said bill was made the Special Order of the Day for
Friday, March 30th, at 8.80 P. M.
Also,
House bill entitled "An Act making appropriations for
the support of the State Government for the fiscal year
-ending on the 30th day of September, 1902."
