Mr. Williams, of Harford, from Committee on Sanitary
Condition of' the State, reported favorably,
House bill entitled "An Act to regulate the practice of
pharmacy in the State of Maryland."
On motion of Mr. Crothers,
Further consideration of said bill was indefinitely
postponed.
Mr. Applegartli, from. Committee on Chesapeake Bay
and Tributaries, reported favorably,
House bill entitled "An Act to regulate the time of
taking oyster in the waters of the Wicomico river by
citizens of Charles county, sub-title ‘Oysters."
Which was read the second time.
Mr. Peter, from Committee on Elections, reported fav-
orably,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to amend section 10 of
Article 33, entitled Elections.' of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland."
