1900.] OF THE SENATE. 1179 Mr. Williams, of Harford, from Committee on Sanitary Condition of' the State, reported favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to regulate the practice of pharmacy in the State of Maryland." On motion of Mr. Crothers, Further consideration of said bill was indefinitely postponed. Mr. Applegartli, from. Committee on Chesapeake Bay and Tributaries, reported favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to regulate the time of taking oyster in the waters of the Wicomico river by citizens of Charles county, sub-title ‘Oysters." Which was read the second time. Mr. Peter, from Committee on Elections, reported fav- orably, Senate bill entitled "An Act to amend section 10 of Article 33, entitled Elections.' of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland." Pending further consideration of which, On motion of Mr. Peter, Said bill was made the Special Order of the Day for Friday, March 3Qth, at 8.30 P. M> Mr. Crothers, from Committee on Finance, reported ‘unfavorably, Senate bill No. 136, entitled "An Act to provide for the enlargement and repairs of the buildings of the Maryland Agricultural College." Which report was adopted. Mr. Moore, from Committee on Corporations, reported favorably, with proposed amendment, House bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Tide- water Fire Insurance Company, of Cambridge." AMENDMENT PROPOSED. Strike out "Section 6." Which proposed amendment was adopted, and The bill was read the second time, Also favorably, with proposed amendment, House bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Hagers- town Trust and Deposit Company." |
