1900.] OF THE SENATE. 1161 Senate bill No. 125, entitled "An Act to provide for the completion and furnishing of the building of State Normal School No. 2, at Frostburg, Allegany county, Maryland, and the maintenance of the same for the fiscal year 1900." AMENDMENTS PROPOSED. In line 1 of section 1 of original bill strike out the word "twenty," and insert in lieu thereof the word "ten." In line 1 of section 2 of original bill strike out the word "ten," and insert in lieu thereof the word "five." In line 3 of section 2 of original bill strike out the word "ten," and insert in lieu thereof the word "five." Which proposed amendments were severally adopted, and The bill was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. Also favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to refund to Clinton A.. Wright, trustee of the Avon Bottling Company of Balti- more city, Frank Sandkuhler, Louisa Schultz, administra- trix of Leopold Schultz, deceased, Frank A. Wornitz and Martha Weiller, copartners, trading as Wornitz and Com- pany, and W. J. Wickharn and B. Bornheim, copartners, trading as the Bayside Bottling Com'y of Baltimore city, the amount of money paid respectively by them to the Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas of Ealtimore city for licenses for the years 1890 and 1891, in excess of the amounts with which they were properly chargeable and which respective amounts have been paid by said clerk to the State." Which was read the second time. Also, favorably, Senate bill entitled "An Act requiring the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company to keep a flagman stationed at the crossing of said railroad over the county road at Monrovia, Frederick county."
