1146 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 29 Also, House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 91 to 116, inclusive, of Article 9, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title ‘Charles County,' sub-title ‘La Plata,' and chapter 486, of the Acts of the General As sembly of Maryland, passed at the January session of 1894, entitled ‘An Act to repeal sections 91, 96 and 105, of the Code of Public Local Laws of the State of Mary- land, entitled ‘Charles County,' sub-title ‘La Plata,' and to enact the following in lieu thereof; and to re-enact sections 91 and 116, inclusive, of Article 9, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Charles County,' sub-title ‘La Plata,' with amendments." Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays." Which was read the first time and referred to Senators Gray, Wilkinson and Williams, of Anne Arundel. Also, House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 9, 10, 11 and 12, of Article 43, of the Code of Public General Laws, title ‘Health,' sub-title ‘Local Boards of Health,' so far as the same relates to Baltimore county, and to re-enact the same with amendments and additions, to be known as 'Sections 132 A, 132 B, 132 C, 132 D, 132 E, 132 F and 132 G,' of Article 3, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Baltimore County," sub-title ‘Health and Sanitary Officers.' Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays." Which was read the first time and referred to Senators Hubner, Williams of Anne Arundel and Williams of Har- ford.
