of rebuilding a part of Dover Bridge, and to levy a tax
on the assessable property of Caroline county for the
payment of the same."

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 31, 32,
33, 36, 37, 42, 44, 45, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 67, 68 and 82, of
Article 81, of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, title ‘Revenue and Taxes,' so far as the same relates
to Talbot county, and to repeal sections 32, 33 and 34,
of Article 21, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
‘Talbot County,' sub-title ‘County Commissioners,' and
to enact the following sections in lieu thereof, pro-
viding for the election of a county treasurer for Talbot
county, and defining the duties and powers of said
treasurer."

and nays."

Dodson, Applegarth and Messick.

House bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Balti-
more Elks Exposition and Social Session Association."

House bill entitled "An Act to change the name of the
Potomac and Severn Electric Railway Company, and to
grant certain additional powers and privileges to said
corporation and to confirm franchises and privileges
granted to said corporation by the Mayor, City Counsellor
and Aldermen of the city of Annapolis."
