In title strike out the words ‘Frederick County' and substitute in place thereof the following: "Baltimore City." In section 1, 6th line, strike out the words "Frederick County," and insert the words "Baltimore City” in lieu thereof. In section 1, at end of section, add the following: "The office of this corporation shall he in Baltimore city, Maryland." In section 4, line 2, strike out the word "Frederick” and insert in lieu thereof the words "Baltimore City." Which proposed amendments were severally adopted, and The bill was read the second time. Also favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Armor- Bowen Company." Which was read the second time. Also favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Ger- man American Trust and Guaranty Company, of Balti- more city." Which was read the second time. Also favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Dele- ware and Susquehanna Electric Light and Railway Com- pany, of Cecil county, and to declare its rights, privi- leges, powers and franchises. |
