In title strike out the words ‘Frederick County' and
substitute in place thereof the following: "Baltimore
City."
In section 1, 6th line, strike out the words "Frederick
County," and insert the words "Baltimore City” in lieu
thereof.
In section 1, at end of section, add the following:
"The office of this corporation shall he in Baltimore
city, Maryland."
In section 4, line 2, strike out the word "Frederick”
and insert in lieu thereof the words "Baltimore City."
