1090 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 29 At 11.20 P. M., On motion of Mr. Moore The Senate adjourned until Thursday, March 29th, at 10 A. M. THURSDAY, March 29th, 1900. The Senate met at 10 A. M., prayer by the Rev, Father Kautz. Present at roll call, the following Senators: Messrs. President, Applegarth, Baker, Beasman, Betts, Bouic, Brewington, Bryan, Crothers, Dennis, Dick, Dod- son, Gray, Kirwan, Marsh, Messick, Moore, Moses, Peter, Putzel, Ravenscroft, Rohrhack, Wilkinson, Williams, of Harford, Williams, of Anne Arundel—25. The Journal of Wednesday was read and approved. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. The Senate considered unfinished business, being Senate bill No. 252, entitled "An Act to add a new sec- tion to Article 33 of the Code of Public General Laws, title ‘Elections,' sub-title ‘Registration,' as the said Article was repealed and re-enacted by the Act of 1896, chapter 202, to come in after section 25 of said Article, and to be known as ‘25 A,' relating to legal residence of voters." Which was read the second time and ordered to be en- grossed for a third reading. ORDERS.
