President, Dodson, Baker, Gray, Beasman, Kirwan, Betts, Marsh. Bouic, Messick, Bryan, Peter, Crothers, Putzel, Dennis, Rohrback—17. Dick, NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. The President distributed the following message from the House of Delegates: House bill entitled "An Act to authorize, empower, di- rect and compel the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore city to purchase all that portion of the turnpike of the Baltimore and Fredericktown Turnpike Company lying within the limits of Baltimore city." Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays." Which was read the first time and referred to the Com- mittee on Railroads and Highways. Also, Rouse bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 119 A, 119 B and 119 C of Article 23 of the Code of Public General Laws, title ‘Corporations,' sub-title ‘Insurance Compa- nies,' and to re-enact the same with amendments."
