ticle 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
‘Montgomery County,' sub-title ‘Election Districts,' and
re-enact the same with amendments."

Pre5ident Hubner, from Select Committee, reported
favorably,
House bill entitled "An Act to amerd the Code of Pub-
lie Local Laws, Article 3, title ‘Baltimore County,' sub-
title ‘Primary Elections,' as amended by chapter 261 of
the Acts of 1892, by adding a new section thereto, to fol-
low section 9, and to be designated as ‘Section 9 A.'"

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments chapter 527, of time Acts of 1898, entitled
an Act to repeal chapter 448, of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1894, entitled an Act to appropriate the
fines and forfeitures imposed by time Circuit Court for
Baltimore county and by Justices of the Peace thereof,
to the Treasurer of the Board of County School Commis-
sioners of Baltimore county, for the use of time public
schools of said county, and to re-enact time same witim
amendments."

House bill entitled "An Act to make assessments a lien
on property in the town of Frostburg, whicim shall be
assessed by the Mayor and City Council of Frostburg."

House bill entitled "An Act to provide for the con
struction of a new reservoir or the rebuilding of the old
reservoir belonging to the water works of time town of
Frostburg in Allegany county, and to authorize the
Mayor and Councilmen of said town to issue bonds."
