1900.] OF THE SENATE.

REPORTS OF SELECT COMMITTEES.

Mr. Williams, of Anne Arundel, from a Select Com-
mittee, reported favorably, with proposed amendments,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 253, of
Article 2, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Anne
Arundel County,' sub-title ‘Wild Fowl,' as repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, by chapter 582, of the
Acts of 1892, and to re-enact the same with amendments,
and to add a new section to said Article, to be designated
as ‘Section Two Hundred and Fifty-Three A, (253 A.)'"

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Strike out all in section 263 A, after the words "at a
distance," and insert in lieu thereof the following: "Of
over one hundred and fifty yards in a direct line from
the natural shore."

Which amendment was adopted.

Said bill was then read the second time, and ordered
engrossed for a third reading.

The Senate went into Executive session.

At 12.29 P. M.,

On motion of Mr. Crothers,

The Senate resumed Legislative business.
