House bill entitled "An Act to pay David N. Henning
for services rendered to the State of Maryland in prose-
cuting the case of the State of Maryland vs. Daniel H.
Lynn, in the Circuit Court for Carroll county, and in the
Court of Appeals of Maryland."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."
Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Finance.
Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to
Article 23 of the Public General Laws, title ‘Corpora-
tions,' sub-title Insurance Companies,' to come in after
section 118, and to be known as ‘Section 118 A,' said sec-
tion referring to corporate name of insurance companies."

and nays."
Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Insurance and Loans.
Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to add one additional sec-
tion to Article 23, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title ‘Corporations,' sub-title ‘Insurance Department,' to
be known as ‘Section 126 C" of said Act, said additional
section being intended to prevent reinsurance in compa-
nies not authorized to transact business in this State."
