House bill entitled "An Act to change the hours of open-
ing the polling places in the several election districts of
Calvert county, and directing the judges of election to
begin the election and open the polls at 6 o'clock in the
morning at each polling place in the several election dis-
tricts, and shall be kept open until 6 o'clock in the after-
noon of the same day. "
