In line 8 of title strike out after the word "202 A, " the
word "and" and add after 206 B, the words "and section
"206 C. "

In line 17 of section 1 strike out all after the word
"sub-title" and before the word "to, " in line 18.

In line 19 of section 1, after the words "206 A, " strike
out the word "and" and insert after the word "206 B"
the words "and section 208 0. "

In section 203 and line 72, strike out the word "use"
and insert in lieu thereof the word "fill. "

In line 76, in section 203, strike out after the word
"produced" the words "or to fill the same. "

In line 77 of section 203, strike out the words "milk,
cream. ''

In line 77, of section 203, after the word "beverages, "
strike out all down to the words "or to deface" in line 79.

Strike out all of "section 205 A. "

In line 186, of section 206, after the word "Court"
strike out the word "of" and insert in lieu thereof the
word "or. "

After section 206 B, add "section 206 C, " to read as
follows:

"Section 206 C. The provisions of this Act shall not
apply to any person who has taken, given, received or is
using said kegs, boxes, trays, carriers, crates, founts,
bottles, syphons, jugs, tins, barrels, casks or any other
vessels, for the consumption of the mineral, soda or
aerated waters, wine, beer, porter, ale, cider, ginger ale,
small beer, lager beer, weiss beer or other beverages,
placed therein by the owners, or who, after consumption
of said contents, is in possession of the same while await-
ing the return to the owners. Nor shall the provisions
of this Act apply to any garbage man collecting the same
in the regular course of his business. "
