timore county, deceased, and the codicil thereto, and also
to the bequests made by and contained in the last will
and testament and codicil thereto of Eliza Jane Coulter,
late of Baltimore county, deceased; and ratifying and
confirming the said bequests in the will of said John
Coulter to the seminary at Pittsburg, Pennsylvania,
which is under the charge and control of the Reformed
Presbyterian Church of North America, and to the
Boards of Foreign and Home Missions of said church,
and also to the congregation established in Baltimore,
Maryland, of the said church. "
On motion of Mr. Mitchell,
Leave was granted to the Harford county delegation,
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal chapter 651,
of the Acts of 1890, entitled 'An Act to amend Article 13,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, ' entitled 'Harford
County, ' by adding additional sections thereto. "
On motion of Mr. Sandman,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to give and grant the
sanction and consent of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, to the sale and conveyances by John Curley and
Annie Curley to the Minister and Trustees of St. John's
Methodist Church. "

ment of Emma Spilcker, late of Baltimore city. "

lic Local Laws of Maryland, title 'City of Baltimore, ' the
subject of said section relating to the imposition of State
