Mr. Walsh, from Select Committee, reported favora-
bly,

House bill entitled "An Act to authorize and empower
the County Commissioners of Carroll county, to adjust
and settle the accounts of William W. Suelser, late col-
lector of county taxes of Carroll county. "

Which was read a first time.

Also, favorably,

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments, section 139 and 145, of Article 7, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Carroll County. ' sub-
title 'Roads, ' as amended by chapter 75, of the Acts of
1896. "

Mr. Anderson, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 49 and
56, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Worcester
County, ' sub-title 'Birds and Game, ' and to re-enact the
same with amendments. "

tion of game in Worcester county. "

State to the purchase of a lot or lots of ground in Laurel,
Prince George's county, Maryland, by the United States
of America for the purpose of erecting thereon a public
building1, and to cede to the United States of America,
jurisdiction over the same. "

be recommitted to the Baltimore city delegation in order
