ORDERS.

Mr. Lehmayer submitted the following order:

Ordered, That the vote adopting the unfavorable re-
port of the Judiciary Committee on House bill printed
No. 341, entitled "An Act to regulate sales in bulk, etc. '
be reconsidered.

Which order was adopted.

Then, on motion of Mr. Lehmayer

The bill was recommitted to the Judiciary Committee.
On motion of Mr. Duncan, it was

Ordered, That James Tier and Harry Johnson, mes-
sengers of the Western Union, and Harry Letourner and
Arthur Cole, of the Postal Telegraph Company, be paid
the sum of $25 each, for services rendered the Members
during this session.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on
Claims.

On motion of Mr. Deets, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Hutton be, excused from to-day's
session on account of sickness.

On motion of Mr. Dryden, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Ward be excused from attendance at
to-day's session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Phelps, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Ditty be excused from to-day's ses-
sion on account of sickness.

On motion Mr. Robinson, it was

Ordered, That Mr Cover be excused from to-day's ses-
sion owing to serious illness.

LEAVES TO INTRODUCE BILLS.
On motion of Mr. Merrick,

Leave was granted to the Prince George's county del-
egation to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to prevent
the representation to County Commissioners of Prince
George's county, Maryland, of claims once acted on
by them.
