Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments sections 10, 37, 59, 77, 98 and 176, of
the Act of 1898, chapter 123, entitled 'City of Baltimore, '
sub-title 'Charter. '"

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Add the following section at end of bill, to be known
as 'Section 2, ' and to come in after section 1.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

At the end of section 37 add the words "provided,
however, that copies of said applications be served upon
the adjoining property owners by said applicant before
filing said application before said board. "

Section 77, line 15, amend by inserting the following
words after the word "Article, " "and shall also discharge
