Leave was granted to. the Harford county delegation
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add three new sec-
tions to Article 13, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title 'Harford County, ' under the new sub-title 'Auction-
eers. ' to follow section 20, and to be known as 'Sections
20 A, 20 B and 20 C. '"
On motion of Mr. Corkran,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Chesapeake
Bay and Its Tributaries, to introduce a bill entitled "An
Act to prohibit the taking or catching of oysters with
scrapes, scoops and dredges, in the waters of Honga
river and Hooper Straits, and other waters of Dorchester
county, the Great Choptank river excepted. "
On motion of Mr. Mitchell,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Chesapeake
Bay and Its Tributaries to introduce a bill entitled "An
Act to repeal section 7, of Article 39, of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, title 'Fish and Fish-
eries, ' sub-title 'Head of the Bay. ' and to re-enact the
same with amendments. "
On motion of Mr. Keys,
Leave was granted to the Cecil county delegation to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal all sections
from 1 to 23, of chapter 3, Article 8, of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws, title 'Cecil County, ' sub-title 'Almshouse, '
be and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments, so as to read as follows. "
On motion of Mr. Pattison (by request),
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to amend section 83
of Article 10, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
'Dorchester County, ' sub-title 'Cambridge, ' as amended
by chapter 311 of the Acts passed at the January Session
1890, and chapter 499 of the Acts passed at the January
Session 1892, and chapter 466 of the Acts passed at the
January Session 1894, by adding three additional sections,
thereto to be known as 'Sections 83 B, 83 C and 83 D. "
