Leave was granted to the Worcester county delegation
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to prevent the ex-
termination of game in Worcester county. "
On motion of Mr. Contee.
Leave was granted to the Prince George's delegation.
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 93
and 95 of Article 17, of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, entitled 'Prince George's County, ' sub-title
'County Commissioners, ' and re-enact the same with
amendments. "
On motion of Mr. Stewart,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore county delegation
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add a new section
to Article 77, Code of Public General Laws, title 'Educa-
tion, ' sub-title 'Schools, ' to follow section 42, and to be
known as 'Section 42 A. ' "
On motion of Mr. Linthicum,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to enable the registered
qualified voters of Parson's Creek Election District of
Dorchester county to determine by ballot whether cer-
tain fences shall be required by law in said election dis-
trict. "
On motion of Mr. Knott,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to provide for
the appointment of an indexer and cataloguer for the
books in the State Library, and to appropriate a sum of
money therefor. "
On motion of Mr. Long,
Leave was granted to the Washington county delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add an addi-
tional section to Article 22, of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title 'Washington County, ' sub-title
'Hagerstown, ' to follow section 161 A, and to be known
as 'Section 161 A-2. ' "

Leave was granted to the Allegany county delegation
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add two additional
