acted by chapter 123, of the Acts of 1898, and re-enact
the same with amendments,
On motion of Mr. Duncan,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Railroads to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 202, of Article 81, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title 'Revenue and Taxes. "
On motion of Mr. Robinson,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 1, of
Article 68, of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, entitled 'Notaries Public, ' and to re-enact the same
with amendments, and to add three additional sections
thereto, to be designated as 'Sections 1 A, 1 B and 1 C. "
On motion of Mr. Truitt, of Baltimore Co.,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore county delegation
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to authorize the Bal-
timore Country club of Baltimore city to take out a license
to sell liquors to its members, under the provisions of
the Act of Assembly of 1890, chapter 334. "
On motion of Mr. Graeff,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add a new section
to Article 1, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
'Allegany County, ' sub-title 'City of Cumberland, ' under
the new sub-title 'Bills of Exchange and Promissory
Notes, ' to be numbered 'Section 96 A, ' and to follow sec-
tion 96, Article 1. "
