Free Library of Baltimore city, to receive gifts, bequests
devises and conveyances of real or personal property for
the use of said library. "

tion to Article 93, of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, title 'Testamentary Law, ' sub-title 'Guardian
and Ward, ' to come in after section 170, and to be known
as 'Section 170 A. ' "

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 15 of Ar-
ticle 10, of the Code of Public General Laws, as amended
by chapter 472, of the Acts of 1898, and to re-enact the

force the terms of the Act of 1896, chapter 264, entitled

to be known as section 169 X and 169 Y, to forbid em-
ployers from restraining and preventing employees from
joining labor organizations, and provide a penalty for
violation thereof. "
