Leave was granted to the Talbot county delegation to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
section 26, of Article 21, of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title 'Talbot County, " sub-title 'Birds
and Game. '"
On motion of Mr. Clark,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-en-
act, with amendments, sections 1 and 3, of chapter 140,
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, 1894,
being an Act to authorize the Great Falls Power Com-
pany to erect dams, hold real estate and to erect and
maintain lines for the transmission of electricity in Mont-
gomery and Prince George's counties, and to add an ad-
ditional section thereto, to be called 'Section 3 A, &c. "
On motion of Mr. Sanford,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to amend Article 27, of
the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
'Crimes and Punishments, ' by adding thereto two addi-
tional sections to follow immediately after section 99, and
to be numbered 'Sections 100 and 101, ' under the sub-title
'Fraud—Fruit and Vegetable. Packing. ' "
On motion of Mr. Proctor,
Leave was granted to the Harford county delegation
to introduce a bill entitled 'An Act to authorize the
County Commissioners of Harford county to levy a sum
of money as a pension to George W. Garrell, of said
county. "
On motion of Mr. Truitt,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore county delegation
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to prohibit the sale
