LEAVES TO INTRODUCE BILLS.
On motion of Mr. Lehmayer,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 2, chapter 318, of the Acts of
1898, entitled 'An Act to incorporate the Realty Trust
Company of Maryland, ' and to add to the same an addi-
tional section to be known as ' Section 21, ' changing the
name of said corporation. "
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act. to amend Article 27,
of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
'Crimes and Punishments, ' by adding a new section
thereto, to be known as ' Section 75 A. '"

Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to correct a
clerical error in paragraph 19, of section 1, of the Acts of
1898. chapter 323, entitled 'An Act to appropriate certain
sums of money in support of sundry schools and charita-
ble institutions in the State of Maryland for each of the
two fiscal years ending on the 30th day of September,
1899. and on the 30th day of September, 1900, respec-
tively; and to appropriate for the Hospital for the
Women of Maryland the sum of two thousand dollars,
which, under said Act, as signed by the Governor, said
Hospital failed to receive in consequence of said clerical
error. "
