the Public Local Laws, Article 20, title 'Somerset County, '
sub-title 'Princess Anne, ' as amended by section 201, of
chapter 543, of the laws of Maryland, passed by the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, at the January session of the
year 1894, and to re-enact the same with amendments. '"

the commissioners of St. Michaels to borrow money on
the credit of said town for the purpose of constructing
water works and electric lights for said town, to issue
bonds for the payment of the same, and to levy taxes on
the assessable property of said town, to redeem said
bonds and pay the interest thereon. "

the term of office of the County Commissioners of Queen
Anne's county, that shall be hereafter elected or ap-
pointed, perpetuating the succession to same and repeal-
ing all laws or parts of laws, so far as they are inconsis-
tent with the provisions of this Act. "

levy by the Mayor and Council of Salisbury in Wicomico
county, for the purpose of refunding taxes erroneously
paid in tax levies for the years 1897 and 1898, to pay the
indebtedness of the Mayor and Council of Salisbury, in-
curred by reason of the inability to collect the illegal
levies of the said years 1896 and 1897, and to be desig-
nated as 'Section 158 A of the Code of Public Local Laws
