Senate bill entitled "An Act to add new sections to
Article 2, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Anne
Arundel County, ' sub-title 'County Commissioners, ' to be
designated 'Sections 126 B, 126 C and 126 D, ' authorizing
the county commissioners to have witnesses summoned to
testify before them. "

Which was read a first time and referred to the
Anne Arundel county delegation.

Also,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal all existing laws
for Somerset county relating to wild fowl and game
birds and animals, and to re-enact the following in lieu
thereof for the better protection and preservation of the
same. "

Which was read a first time and referred to the Somer-
set county delegation.

Also,

House bill entitled "An Act to make valid the sales
made and the deeds, devises and other instruments of
writing executed and delivered by trustee or trustees to
whom any estate, real, personal or mixed, shall have been
limited or conveyed for the benefit of creditors, or to be
sold for any other purpose where such trustee or trustees
lias failed to comply with the requirements of section
205, of Article 16, of the Maryland Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, giving bond with but one surety. "

Senate bill entitled "An Act to fix, limit and determine
the term of office of the County Commissioners of Queen
Anne's county, that shall be hereafter elected or appointed
perpetuating the succession to same and repealing all
laws or parts of laws, so far as they are inconsistent with
the provisions of this Act. "
